Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you decide that you do not want your item for any reason, please contact us by telephone (1-818-889-0087) or e-mail (info@wlvlighting.com) within 14 days of receipt, so we can arrange

for exchange or return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee (ranges from 20%-50%) by discretion of the manufacturer. Please call our customer service # prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns about the item being ordered to avoid a restock charge. We will supply you with an RMA number for the return. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. Only items purchased from WLVLighting.com (Westlake Village Lighting & Accessories) may be returned. All sales on clearance items and light bulbs are final. Items that have been used, installed or modified will not be accepted. We accept only saleable items in the original package. You may be charged for any missing parts. Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders may not be returned
unless they have an operational or manufacturer design defect.

Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the
purchase, less original shipping charges. The returned item must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of return authorization. The refund for the
returned item will be made upon receipt and inspection. If we determine that
the item has been installed or used, credit will not be issued and the item may
be returned to you at your expense.

Warranty
WLVLighting.com will honor all available manufacturer warranties still in effect covering manufacturer defects. We will repair or replace the defective item (except light bulbs) for one year from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail for an RMA number. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. Please see below for instructions on returning merchandise to
WLVLighting.com. Reasonable return shipping charges will be refunded upon inspection and only when damage is deemed to be a factory defect. A repaired or replaced item will be shipped as soon as possible with no additional charges.

Returning an Item
Before you return an item to us, you must first contact our customer service
department by telephone or e-mail within the appropriate 14 day time frame. We will supply you with an RMA number and shipping instructions for return. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.
